How billing works
No surprises. Here is exactly what to expect.
Adding clients mid-cycle
You only pay for the days remaining in the billing cycle. Add a $100/client on day 15 of a 30-day cycle, and you're charged ~$50 prorated. The next full month charges the normal rate.
Example: Add 3 clients on day 10 of 30 → prorated charge of ~$200 (3 x $100 x 20/30)
Removing clients mid-cycle
You receive a prorated credit for the unused days. The credit is applied to your next invoice automatically.
Example: Remove 2 clients on day 10 of 30 → credit of ~$133 (2 x $100 x 20/30) on next invoice
Adding or removing modules
Same prorated logic. Upgrade to Nooma+ or add individual modules anytime — you only pay for what you use from that point forward.
Example: Switch Core → Nooma+ on day 15 → prorated $50/client charge for the extra $50/client for the remaining 15 days
Payment failure
We retry automatically and give you a 14-day grace period. Your account stays fully functional during this time. After 14 days, your account is suspended (no data is deleted). Pay the outstanding balance and your account is reinstated immediately.
14-day grace → suspension → pay balance → instant reinstatement
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, no contract. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate without losing anything.

Pricing FAQ
- What happens if I add a client mid-month?
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in the billing cycle. No need to wait until the start of the next month — add clients whenever you need to.
- Can I switch between Core and Nooma+?
- Yes, anytime. Upgrading prorates the difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrading gives you a credit on your next invoice.
- What if my payment fails?
- We retry automatically and give you a 14-day grace period with full account access. After 14 days, your account is suspended (not deleted). Pay the balance and everything is restored instantly.
- Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
- No contract. Cancel anytime. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Not yet. We're focused on keeping things simple with monthly billing. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap.
- What about enterprise or custom pricing for large agencies?
